KXIP vs KKR Live Score

Johnson eventually will end up being the starter after finishing last week with 11 carries for 41 yards.

The Cardinals (1-1) won 16-13 at Indianapolis in Week 2, but the win didn't quell the growing doubts about whether they're playoff material. My gut feeling is the defense gets back on track against the Cardinals and is able to limit them to only one of those 20-plus yard plays in the passing game.

So as the Cowboys return to The Star today to begin prepping for Monday's visit to Arizona (yet another NFC contender with a 1-1 mark), what is the mindset?

You can not win football games when you are playing backups against some of the better receivers in the league. Of course, the entire Cowboys defense missed tackles and looked to be playing catch-up, but they seem to go as Sean Lee does. Defensively I think Dallas has a chance to be the deciding factor in this game if Arizona can't protect Carson Palmer better than it did the first two weeks. And after the debacle in Denver, the Cowboys will be looking to show just how resilient they can be.

But it's not just Dallas having trouble scoring points, because Arizona have also struggled.

One of the main reasons why Dez isn't seen as an elite receiver anymore is because he's been injured the last two seasons, missing a total of 10 games. Second year quarterback Dak Prescott has thrown for 506 yards and 3 touchdowns.

The running back position has been roller coaster ride for both teams - to say the least.

Here are three players the Cardinals should be concerned with Monday night.

Ezekiel Elliott during the Cowboys' Week 2 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Miller shook off the hit to have a monster game in Denver's 42-17 win, but he has dealt with soreness in his left knee this week. Both teams are averaging 18 points per game, but Dallas' scoring has come against two of the NFL's best defenses, while Arizona's has come against Detroit and Indy; teams not exactly known for their defensive tenacity.

Prescott has had worst games than that from a statistical standpoint.

Dansby is second on the team with 19 tackles, just one less than first-round pick Haason Reddick.

"I'm definitely confident", Prescott said. He's been targeted 25 times with only nine receptions for 102 yards and one touchdown against him. These players are supposed to be the strength of this team as they are all clearly among the best players on the roster. Expect that number to increase dramatically, as the Cowboys offensive line tries to set the tone, and get back to the formula that was so successful for the Cowboys last season. The Cowboys will have to reduce mistakes if they plan to keep their defense off the field this season. They are allowing less than 80 rushing yards per game and they have Patrick Peterson to lock up Dez Bryant.
