Josue Vazquez

Josue Vazquez is a senior on Saint Leo’s Men’s Basketball team. Majoring in Criminal Justice, after graduating Vazquez desires to play professional basketball overseas and hopes to work in the law enforcement field. During Vazquez athletic career at Saint Leo, he has been player of the week and achieved a double of 16 points and 10 assists against Florida College this season. Currently, Vazquez is first in the Sunshine State Conference in the 3 point field goal percentage. “I have never been closer with any other team than this one,” Vazquez said, “every chance I get to spend with these guys is another great memory for me, thanks to my coaches who’ve believed in me this year.” When asked his favorite memory with the team, Vazquez said that he has shared many with Danny Boy Real Wide, Dewie the Urban Stewie, Bp the Mad Man, Walt “Krispey Crème” Perkins the Sneaky Salmon Action, Jackson Oe, JP the Hippie, Dominoes, Big Al, Easy E, and Salay the European Slay.
