Project Prom is AST idea to help Pasco High School female students obtain the prom dress of their dreams, for not everyone has the funds to buy a dress.

This idea was contrived by combining all the talents the AST members have. After talking to Pasco High School, they were informed that they were already partnered with the Cinderella Project. However, AST was determined and offered not only to provide a dress to all the girls who applied, but, in addition, they committed to do their hair and makeup on the day of prom at no cost.

It’s no surprise that AST got their contract with the school and have already collected almost 200 dresses. The members of AST held a pep rally at Pasco High School to promote their Project Prom with the girls that will be receiving these dresses.

“The pep rally got the girls really excited about the program,” said Amanda Cassar, an AST member.
On the agenda now is fittings on April 9th and finally the prom in April 24th.

Though the dress collection ended on March 1st, Saint Leo students who would still like to help in Project Prom may donate money. Contact the members of AST for more information.
